Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy. I’m not the stylist with a million rules but I do have a few. If you arrive more than 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment please wait outside until your appointment time. This gives me time to clean and sanitize between clients. No extra guest’s allowed in my shop. If you’re a new client or you haven’t been serviced by me in over 3 months please do not book until you’ve emailed me or you’ve booked a consultation. I look forward to our session.
