At my Beauty Salon, i thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service i can offer. That’s why i have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible. Please arrive on time. If your running 15 minutes or more behind your scheduled time, your appointment will be cancelled. Children and extra guests are not allowed in the salon during your appointment. A 24 hour cancellation notice is required. If by any chance a clients cancels the same day of their appointment or they don't cancel within 24 hours of their service time, your deposit will not be refunded. As i take my health and the health of others very seriously, if a client comes to their appointment sick, their service will be cancelled. Food and any additional items, besides cell phones, will not be allowed in the salon. Any client who arrives early please wait in your car until your service time. This gives me an opportunity to clean and sanitize between clients. Clients booking Micro Locs, Loc Extensions, or Loc re attaching, its encouraged that you book a consultation first before booking these services so we don't run into Additional service costs.
